Welcome to Portofino  HOA

Portofino HOA Inc is a mandatory membership Home Owner's Association, which enforces the Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions ("CCRs") that run with the ownership of each lot in the Subdivision.  As of July 2023, annual dues for each lot are $300.00 per year, which can be paid annually or monthly.  A copy of the CCRs is on another page.  The only reason that Portofino HOA exists is to preserve the value of each property in the subdivision.
